Kjellgren Kaminsky Architecture seeks to shape a modern, timeless architecture with clear roots in the Scandinavian tradition. This has given the Göteborg-based company considerable attention for their projects, and also a range of prices.

At this posting there pictures showing the Quality of Villa Nyberg, designed by Kjellgren Kaminsky Architecture and built in 2010.

Located in Borlänge, Sweden, Villa Nyberg is an part of the first series of Sweden passive houses which is based on the knowledge that people and household equipment generate a lot of energy.

In terms of concept, this eco house is developed to reduce heat loss of the building, as an another important feature of the house.

Many years of research and commitment to innovation has yielded results. According to the simulation data, the consumption of energy for heating in Villa Nyberg is predicted at just 25 kWh/m²year.
