This store is located in Sydney, Australia, and is one of the projects by Architect Morris Selvatico. Unlike the UK and U.S. with brands such as “Snog” and “Pinkberry”, Australia is relatively new in the product of frozen yogurt! And designers at Selvatico Morris were appointed to bring the distorted vision of life and create a Twisted Frozen Yoghurt brand that leave their mark on the Australian market!
This creation we call ‘fun and fantastic’ because we are fascinated by the design creativity. With store number one on the world famous Bondi Beach, Morris Selvatico wanted to create an interior that stand out from the crowd and a springboard for the brand stores nationwide deployment.
The interior is full of interesting and fresh design ideas. Morris Selvatico finishes specified simple designs, with a slight ‘twist’. These include white ceramic tiles set at an angle and land back on the walls. A wavy wall incredible finish high gloss polyurethane simulates the texture of yogurt, while carrying the colors of the Twisted brand to life.
The architecture is simple and stylish, includes items that are not generally available and so remarkable is how they are woven around unusual furnishings and dramatic forms merge in a dynamic and modern store style.
