Symphony Residence is the work of architecture studio A-cero, who as always managed to create a modern and elegant building, in which art and architecture come together. Located in Las Rozas on the outskirts of Madrid, this modern style villa, spacious and bright has been designed in three levels, and has a total area of 762 square meters.
The residence has two pools and two indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis. The ground floor is divided into two parts, on the right side, there are bedrooms, living room / dining room and left the kitchen, bathroom and office.
A staircase and an elevator allow you to communicate from the basement to the first floor of 273 square meters. The floor is occupied by two children’s bedrooms with dressing room, bathroom, living room, a room with a bathroom and a double bedroom with two closets and bathrooms.
A bridge also acts as a glass lobby, the library and the master bedroom suite with two small courtyards. For those who love space and something to do in your free time in the basement there is a swimming pool, sauna, sports, massage room, cinema.
