Inhabited by a young couple and their children, the 72 Sentosa Cove House is located in the East of Sentosa Island in Singapore and was designed by Singaporean architects ONG&ONG whose construction was completed in 2009.
The neighboring houses are very close to the house, and situated in an exclusive oceanfront residential community. So the architects made sure that the family had an outdoor fountain and private air fresh by adding an enclosed central courtyard in the center of the house. This also acts as a stack of light for indoor close that fulfills the project goals.
This residential project consists of well-planned spaces, which are designed to maximize the space and ensure the inhabitant’s privacy while constructing a comfortable yet luxurious residence.
Surrounded by dense vegetation, the house is protected from prying eyes and lets the fresh clean air to move freely around the house.
The Fabulously modern design house in question connects multiple areas – both private and public – which also features a swimming pool and training room to ensure a healthy and balanced life.
